Just lost an ebay auction for a pair of K340 - Page 5

Jude, I had the same problem with the elasticity when I had my pair. What I did was unscrew the box on each side of the headband (there should be a screw on the inner side), and then take the cord and double loop it as necessary inside that box. Then I resealed the boxes, and the 'phones or less hung down to a somewhat appropriate distance to my ears.

Of course the problem is you'd have to hope that the headphone fits your head on either the first or 2nd double loop, since you only have so much of the cord to work with.

Thanks very much for the recommendation. I think I'll stick with the previous cat's black plastic tie-wrap solution. Though not elegant upon close inspection, they're hardly noticeable, and make for adjustability when needed.

I still can't get over how mint these are. I'll try to get some decent pics of them if/when I get a chance. They literally look like they've never been used/worn. I'm wondering if they were someone's extra pair. I've inspected them for wear, and, from plug to headband to earpieces, I can't find any signs of it (except for that silly elastic-string-suspension bit that I think merely aged over time).
