Your 5 newest CDs (or LPs) - Page 363

My last 5 acquisitions from the past week (all on CD):

Bruno Mars - Unorthodox Jukebox (Target edition with 5 bonus tracks)

Richard Thompson - Electric

Eric Burdon - 'Til Your River Runs Dry

Mia Dyson - The Moment (advance US release)

MRR ADM - (archive)

I also ended up with a copy of the new Joan Armatrading, but it's not really my cuppa.

CD arrived today....sticker on the front promoting 20-bit digital remastering. The ReplayGain scans confirmed that thankfully this is not a product of the loudness war.biggrin.gif

Sounds in so many ways like a 2012 indie band stealing from the 80"s and even with a non brick walled recording, amazing, if you like this type of music.. I do :-)

First track is how Tom Verlaine dared to wish like his guitar could sound like..

A pure masterpiece... just listen and weep..

Forgot to say.  The name of band and album is      Felt: ""Crumbling The Antiseptic Beauty.."

By 80s sounding do you mean human league or new order? 80s was mostly about synths being put on every track out there
