Has anyone heard of Drew?

I've been sending him quite a few of emails but I never received any replies what so ever.

I still haven't received my amp from last year and I was wondering what was going on and to ask for my money back.
It might sound unbelievable, but I have received 2 packages from Taiwan without any problems, but somehow drew's package never arrives althought it was send out (as he says)

Any ideas/help?
I need to call up the credit card company to tell them I never received the product I ordered and payed for (long time ago).

I have been very quiet and linient and given him a lot of space as I know he has had some troubles and been quite busy

At this point I personally would go ahead with canceling it through the credit card company.

I too have been trying to contact Drew. I ordered some cables from him about two months ago. Last month, I was able to get hold him by phone. He promised to send my order out following day...but that was one month ago.

I called him and left detailed voice message yesterday and sent him numerous emails....but no reply from him. I want to give him every chance to complete the transaction but at this point I am very dispointed in his service.

maybe shellbrook has given up?

I remember he was one of the top builders here on head fi 2 years ago, I have no clue whats going on,

has he stopped all communication with you?

We need a sticky thread or something to warn people against ordering from Shellbrook labs.

Don't wait for this guy and start contact your cc.

I don't know what's going on with drew but he still refuses to communicate...
And as long as he chooses not to, problems will only build up and not solved.
I have the feeling this guy is not building anything except for his buddies, oh and ebay seems his main concern.

fwiw I still have heard/received nothing from drew

Why? If Drew doesn't have the energy to send someone a simple pair of "cables" do you think he has the energy and money to invest in a lawyer and sue a website that would most likely yield zero returns?

What a joke. How could a person have absolutely no morals and continue to scam people like this...I mean what's his children going to think of him? Not much I guess. Don't waste your time trying to contact Drew, he's full of sh1t!

Couldn't there be a sticky alerting people to the existance of the feedback forum and urge them to use it? Seems to me that a lot of people come here, check the amp forum, decide on an amp and order it. And they never realised there is a feedback forum here too where there is just as much important information they would've wanted to read if they'd only realised it was there.
