I bought the DAC1 about 3 months ago for $975 new. This is the newest 24 bit, 192 khz version. I examined it carefully and can not find any blemishes or marks at all. I don't think anyone could distinguish between mine and one fresh out of the box. I took it out of its foam packaging, set it on my desk, and it hasn't moved since it was set there. I feel it's in perfect condition and will rate it at 9/10 to be safe. This is the most accurate, transparent, fast, detailed, honest source I have ever heard. Included is everything as it comes from the company--original box, foam, manual, adapter, power cord, etc. I have used this for about 15 hours. Price is $800 plus $20 shipping/insurance/paypal fees.
