The ribs are marinating at this moment.

That looks succulent and beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing what's for dinner.

Thank you, Eee Pee. And I hope that you had a wonderful 4th of July. I'm ready for bed. I've been cooking since early this morning. Keeps me out of trouble. Of course a little bit of music along the way helps too!

Spinning vinyl right now myself, and it's 23:06 here!

Cheers!

Yay, work tomorrow!

The twins and get-togethers kept me occupied most of the day, but I did have time to make a MURICA cheeseburger.

With bacon, grilled onions, and the usual suspects. Nothing fancy but delicious.

And yes, those are two top bun halves. Like I said, the twins had me occupied.

You can eat it upside down!

Nice, and I'll have two.

Thanks.

Watched a handful of Serious Eats episodes, burgers are a regional fare, I take it you mean a good 'Ol American Cheeseburger?
Never knew this was the adaptation in Jersey:

Properly done Sliders are something else, I have to say.  Mmmm.

Good burgers are freaking awesome, and now I'm hungry!

Now this looks good. I am classically trained, work in a restaurant, and cater on the side. Doing a gig for 800 people with 4 courses on Friday.

Not much time for cooking this summer but here's a "chicken and taters still life" that I whipped up.

I love these purple potatoes tongue_smile.gif
