i should also add that not only is it quiet, and small, but its dial is on a potentiometer (i think) so it is fantastically adjustable, rather than being limited to only 2 or 3 settings. |

I have a box fan from Kmart. I was worried about the sound quality of it also, so I modded it with an oxygen-free power cable and cryogenically treated blades. I run it through a power conditioner and it sounds fabulous. It does have some treble roll off when I set it to "Low", but usually I run it at "Med".
