Grover= A class act

I had a complication with my order, the postal service lost the package with the payment. Even though he does not have his payment and does not want me to send a new payment, he is doing me a big favor and sending me the pair of interconnects I ordered. I am going to pay him anyway, but the gesture speaks volumes.

Grover helped me out when the UR IC pair I ordered from him needed some custom fitting to my favorite mini-to-RCA adapter for use with my AOS Picollo DAC, and he wouldn't answer me when I asked him what I owed him for his extra effort on my behalf. If it's not enough that he's offering what I consider to be a fantastic deal on a knock-my-socks-off IC, Grover's willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that we customers are happy with our purchases makes him a truly Class A vendor and an admirable person in my book.

Grover was always quick to respond to my emails and offered an immediate refund when things got a little delayed - that gesture speaks volumes too. My URs came packed extremely well.

Truly a class act indeed!
