Anyone Remember CD Lift ?

Many years ago, these were popular, and often common even in record stores, but were also sold, in varying sizes to anyone who wanted one. I know I've seen them somewhere more recently.
These were a flat cd storage system that sat on a shelf, counter top, etc. and cds would sit upright in slots, while in jewel cases and they could be tilted back and forth as wanted to browse through the cds.
I built a cabinet, intending to find one of these (maybe 50 capacity) and use it. Now I cant seem to Google even a hint that they ever existed.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The cabinet I built really requires this kind of storage/display of cds. No upright rack will work.

Okay, I have an update. I've found the link to the company who apparently still makes them, but cant find anywhere offering them for sale

I'm glad you put in that link or else I would have no idea what you were talking about. Anyway, Salamander sells them. They are the perfect dimension for fitting into the Salamander Synergy media drawers. I have a feeling they may not be the best for general purpose usage though.

Ikea does sell a cd tray that may meet your needs. It's not listed on the website, but I'm holding one in my hands right now. It's got slots for 22 cases and also has holes for screw mounting to a surface.

The Ikea part number appears to be 14139
(900.226.77 14139)

Here's what it looks like through a cell phone camera:

Get a few of these, cut them to fit if needed, and mount 'em.
