I have a Panasonic discman SL CT470 (gray) well regarded as the portable player with the best line out. It has defeatable Antishock.
I used it twice a week for 3 months. It is new, not even a dent or scratch. It comes with the AC adaptor.
It is discontinued but I bought it NEW. I was lucky to find it then.
I just bought a NAD cd player as a source for my Emmeline, so I just don't need it anymore.
