This top of the line unit IS IN MINT CONDITION, not even a scratch or a dent. I played it twice. Since I bought an iriver mp3 player, there was no reason to use this unit for jogging.
It plays CDs and CDRs only.
It is one of the last units MADE IN JAPAN.
I'll include a Panasonic cd case for jogging ( $15 DOLLARS VALUE).
It includes the original AC adaptor.

It is also one of the latest Panasonic units with LINE OUT.

$60 shipped.
