SOLD: iRiver iHP-140 40gig MP3 player

I'm considering selling my iRiver iHP-140. It's in like new condition, and has been used perhaps 40-50 hours since I owned it (since March). I bought it new in box from a buddy who had sent his back for repair and received this one from iRiver.

I originally bought it for the optical out for my Coda/Overture combo. However, the way that I listen with the Coda/Overture, the iRiver just isn't getting enough use. It ought to be owned by someone who will get regular use out of it.

I originally paid $375 for it. If I can get $350 for it, it's gone. I'll consider offers for less than that. That will include the leather case, remote, USB2 cable, and AC adapter/charger. Offers at or above $350 will include an extra adapter and remote that my buddy still owned from his original player.

Buyer to pay insured shipping via Priority Mail...$8.00 should cover it. I will accept PayPal from a verified buyer, ship-to a confirmed address only (no exceptions). I will also accept a money order.

bump....don't forget the optical out. Works great with all those new HeadRoom MicroDAC's.
