Awesome Grado and Senn work of art.. Do you mass produce the Sennheiser wood cups? I am keen to own your excellent craftsmanship....

Whoever suggested cutting a thin toilet seat of cushion material as a reversible mod was right on the money. It's really comfortable, and for those times when refinement wins over raw immediacy, it's a breath of fresh air. This little supplemental pad mod is a welcome bit of modding genius. My hat is off to you, sir.

Jeubow, that's impressive work. Is that carbon fiber?

Please refrain from telling what on earth you are doing there. Yuk. I think head-fi has its second member that sleeps with his pair of headphones... Well done you, head-fi.

Jeubo, I'm sorry that Bilavideo had to distract us from your CF er... pads? I don't know what you call that piece, but it looks awesome! Nice work.

I decorated the earpads with clone carbon faber which is usually used on the hood for decoration.

I have to commit that Grado really hurts me, if I wear it longer than 30 mins. So I tried to make it as comfortable and fabulous as possible. Even though the sound is not genuine, I still really enjoy my personal brand of Grado.

I also found the idea striking to utilize C-pad adapters and the comfortable Beyer pads, got that borrowed last year. Too bad NoXter and me didn't manage to find a combination that we liked.

Our probands were MS1, MS2 and SR325, and we had quite some pads to try (DT440, DT660, DT770, DT880, K270 velours, K271 pleather).
