Thanks. That looks pretty cool.

I didn't know you could get the cord sleeving without the nylon strands inside (or probably you just pulled it out, duh).

In other news, I received my L-Cush bowls from TTVJ for my MS1i's and I really like them. They are a little stiff feeling, but I will break them in. It definitely spread the soundstage out in a pleasant fashion. Next thing is to think about some of the wood cup/sleeve mods.

What I am debating is which mods for which cans will give me what I want. I love the mids and clarity of my MS1's and I love the soundstage and bass of my DT770 pro 600ohms, which can be a little bloated at times in the bass and a little hollow sounding with rock music (Classical they are phenomenal).

Never give the ending away. ;)

Yes.  True.  Now, I feel as though I'm already jaded with respect to the listening, testing and critiquing that I'll be performing when my turn comes.      :D

That's a nice looking build. How did you find someone to sew the headband? Or, did you find an alternative solution?

Hate those Grado Y-split joint/cable ... But how do I make a diy/custom cable ... Does custom cable sound better ...

Even if I could get offer on custom cable ... How would I slide the drivers out from the wood cup ...

Thinking of selling them and upgrade to 225i ... Should I do so ... Any buyer interested in my Grado ...:D
