Eric, for sure tell your dad to bring his sax, 'cause I play jazz on the uke. I'm not all that good, but I can make my way through the changes in a fake book OK---as long as it's a ballad.

hm, it's hard to play jazz on a doumbek. I wonder how middle eastern music would sound on a ukelele/sax? I know you can do it with a clarinet...

Oh, I do have plenty of equipment, so nobody NEEDS to bring anything. But, of course, you are all welcome to bring whatever you want and hook it up to anything I do bring.

deepriver - I tend to think Andrew and I are going to camp out a couple of hours befor we get there and then get an early start. We might hang there Sat night (depending on how many brews I end up sampling I suppose.

Budgie: If it's before 9 or so you might have to help clean up after breakfast and there won't be much else happening. The clock runs a lot slower in the country.

Well, Tyll is on his way., He has all of the top amps (Orpheus, BlockHead, Stax Omega and Signature, Holmes Powell, Wheatfield Audio, EAR and many more!!! He also has a pair of Sony 3000 with him along with a collection of AKG, Beyer, Sennhesier, Koss, Etymotics, and of course Grado headphones.

Sorry I could not attend. I hope you all have a great time listening and meeting each other in person. I hope to attend all future road shows... look forward to hearing your thoughts
