something like that... Let us know what you think after you have had some time with them

Hey arnesto. I have just received the cryo'd VH Audio pulsar IC's. I am going to connect them to my integrated amp and cd player, but have not yet gotten around to it. They are to replace my 6 year old DH Lahb BL-1's, which are a good cable in their own. I'll also post about them. Good looking cable, upon inspection. Really well-built. Chris is great to deal with. I was thinking of upgrading my ICs, and upon doing research, the user reviews on these ICs at audiogon, audio asylum and audio circle were so strong, I had to get these...There are many variations if changing the plug, but I just went with the gold eichmann's that are standard. I like that Chris uses aluminum housing as folks have complained about the eichmann's plastic housing being somewhat fragile. VH Audio worked around that -- too cool.

You might get a look at Zu Cable http://www.zucable.com/
Their Zu Gede is pretty good and goes for $99 on ebay.

Walkman666, looks like I ordered the exact same cable. I'll be interested to hear your impressions on this cable.

Hey walkman and arnesto, i have been eye-ing the pulsars for a while now, and after missing out on a 1 m cyroed pair on audiogon for $96, i am too tired waiting for these so i bit the bullet and just placed my order for them!!! I have never seen a single VH Audio product last more than a hour or so on audiogon, i have searched audiogon every single day for VH Pulsars or flavor power cords and everytime something pops up in my search i find that it is already sold, so i said the heck with it just buy it new!

Very excited and will leave impressions as well, Chris is an amazing guy to deal with and you cant beat his 60 day MBG

Yeah you really cant lose with VH Audio products. The construction and sound quality are so good that they dont get resold very often and when they do, they remain close to their original value. I sold my power cables on Audiogon and Audiocircle. Some guy tried to lowball me the first day with a take it or leave it offer. The second day some guy on Audiocircle who knew what these cables were about, snatched them up.

Ive posted on the Pulsars before. I had never heard such clarity in my system. All instruments are well defined within the soundstage. The sound is never sluggish and the cables give an extra sense of realism to the music.

I used to own Synergistic Research Alpha Sterlings which were great with my old integrated but couldnt cut it with my new amp and passive preamp.

I haven't seen the Grover UR's mentioned in this thread, but for $145 shipped for a 1-meter, I think they would be right in there. The other to try would be the Audio Metallurgy GA-2s or GA-3s, which can be picked up on AudiogoN for $150-$250.
