Silver Sony MZ-R50. Comes with everything you could ever want! Main unit, remote, Li-ion battery, external AA battery case, original felt case, earbuds + cord extender, ac adaptor, I think I've even got the manual. Works great! $100 shipped in US. [RE-EDIT: found AA Battery Case. Also, I do indeed have the manual]

Black Kenwood DMC-L7R (Sharp MT832 clone). Comes with Main unit, remote, battery, carrying pouch, earbuds & charging stand. Works great! $50 shipped in the US.
