This somewhat pricey AT adapter, available from AudioCubes, is nicely made. The adapter's miniplug and 1/4" jack are gold plated, and there's a white-metal (nickel?) sleeve between them, with knurled sections. It has a reduced diameter section at the plug end that enables it to fit the Corda HA-1 faceplate jacks, which are recessed (many other adapters simply won't fit that setup, for which I use a Grado adapter cord).
