Refund period

Hello Todd and fellow TTVJ customers,

I was wondering how long does it usually take for a refund to be made on a credit card purchase from Todd? I spoke to a CapOne rep. a minute ago and was informed that it takes 2-3 days minimum, and 30 days max depending on how fast the retailer forwards the refund to the credit card company. It's been two weeks or more now, and I just wanted to confirm that my refund turnaround time is about right.

Your refund had already been done before this post. sometimes it takes a few days to show up. You can also call for an update.
I try to do the refunds within a 1 week period but at times it has taken 2 weeks. Not often but it has on occassion.
