Anyone who wants to. BTW, have I mention that folks that host meets will be showered with gifts from my greatful heart?

Yeah, Baby!

Plan to give until it hurts, Tyll, and then double it . . .

We will be meeting in conjunction with the Audio Society of Minnesota and it will be pretty exciting introducing fifty or sixty traditional audio junkies to headphone high fidelity. These guys really rock out; you should have seen them groovin' to the Stones' Monkey Man at the Belle Canto show in February. Can't wait!

If the SoCal Meet gets pushed back enough, might as well make it August 13th.

The "clubhouse" at my condo's premises can have maybe 20 people. Up to 30 people possibly if I can get more than one room.

Oh yeah, that would be awesome if you can hit Portland on your way down the west coast... I'd love it, even if my wallet might scream in terror

Just bring yourself and your crew down and that will be enough of a gift for me.

Hey Tyll,
You need a writer? I could fit that bill(I'm just about done with my first major book, actually-I'm going to make a big stink about it in the forums soon). But I'm in Oregon, and will probably be coming to the Portland meet(s), and can definitely do coverage to whatever extent is necessary, sans a camera I don't have.

Well don't get your hopes up too much, that was a friggen production number.
I was talking with Jamey yesterday and I think we'll wind up with just two or three tables of HeadRoom stuff and an empty table with a source and distribution amplifier on it for other folks to put stuff on if they want. Then a big box of headphones.

When I mentioned writers earlier I was refering to guys who qrite for audio mags. In the other sense, I need a writer badly: I have to write our website and it's like touture. Sadly, I can't afford a real writer on the payroll. We also have an editor, (Dan Frakes, you may have seen his byline in various, often Apple focused publications) THANK GOD, or nobody would ever read our website.

Looks like you've got a nice chunk of time between the cinci and toronto stops, and you'll probably be passing through Detroit and Windsor. If you'd be up for it, I'd be interested in organizing a windsor meet if you were up for it.

I'd hope to get a few of the detroit folks, and I have a few audiophile folks that I know would be up for it.

Maybe I should start a thread in the meet forum.
