brand new iPod Mini

I just received a brand new 4 GB iPod Mini as part of a Citibank promotion.

I was hoping for a silver one, but got a blue one instead.

I opened the box to examine the contents, but the iPod Mini itself is still sealed in it's plastic shrinkwrap. (It looks like the Mini got turned on in transit because the battery looks like it has been drained and needs to be recharged. The Mini powers on correctly and all of the buttons function correctly; it's just that I can't recharge it myself as the power charger is still sealed. The iPod Mini was secured inside it's box with a small dab of rubber cement type adhesive, and it looks like the glue didn't hold and the iPod was some how turned on as a result of shifting around in the box a little. The Ipod Mini itself is in perfect cosmetic shape; there aren't even any scuff marks on it's protective plastic shrinkwrap. I can recharge the unit before shipment, but this obviously means that I have to open the charger and remove a small bit of the shrinkwrap on the Ipod Mini where the power adapter plugs in).

Kit includes all original contents, including sealed iPod Mini, sealed headphones with two sets of ear pads, sealed power charger, sealed install CD and owner's manual, belt clip, USB and IEEE cables, and box.
