I hate to say this Ken, but this place is a lot more fun when you don't have an amp. I would hate to think we would have to go back to talking about amps instead of you without one. Oh wait, I think I will go unplug my headphones from the Dynahi and move it to the HD25.

Well guys, I hooked the gilmore up to the sacdmods 555es and its still a little warm sounding. There is a nice richness to the amp. I am using the same power cord I always used with the v1 and a magwire ultra interconnect. I like the amps refined sound. I will get the v1 and use my standard mit#2 interconnect for the GS-1 and see how they compare tomorrow. Its raining and windy and my power is flickering on and off right now. No listening for awhile...

I also wanted Ken to know when I compared the GS-1 to one on my FIVE SINGLEPOWER AMPS that the comparison was promising.

Actually wings he made me an offer I couldnt refuse for one of my mpx3-6/12sn7's. You know... the one you wanted. It was overnighted so the whining should end tomorrow.

Maybe I could have tolerated the whining but the begging was just to much. I got a sweet offer to put Ken in the head-fiers list and you out. I like you wings but I like money and homemade peach pies better.

Well, I'm in rainy Fla. right now but what the heck, I'll see if I can tear away and bring the beast with me. While we're setting this up, he threw in a boat load of 12sn7 tubes as well. Would that be of interest to the attendees??

Now for that cool list switcherooo.
