Where dat thang supposed ta fit in wit da rest of their product line?

I only understand the whole DT770, DT880, DT990 thing. It gets fuzzy for me when we start talking about other Beyer 'phones.

Wow, "leather storage case included.", that's quite impressive even for their less expensive headphones. I have no clue when they will be availible though.
I'm still waiting on the DTX50, now expected to hit the US at the end of March.

I think it's the 3rd best open can, below DT990 and 880.

Typo, it's an open headphone, their DT660 is the equivalent closed version.

Is it just me or is the word leather being thrown around just a little too easily these days. Now we have leather (actually pleather) and... genuine leather (fomerly known as leather).

I'm a virtual member of the beyer love club - until my new to me DT880s are delivered, that is

And why don't we have that beyer smilee yet? - There's a Senn, a Grado, a Eggo for pete's sake!

These'll be my first higher-end headphones, a big upgrade from my $10 Maxell HP-550s.
