Runningwater, you’re not right up there if u think shipping a $1000
Stiff Siltech power cord oversea’s all coiled tight up inside a flimsy paper envelope, proper, sufficient packaging.
Ant like I paid little for it either.

If you feel it necessary to deal with Runningwater, make sure you give specific instructions on how to package what ever abused equipment you NEED.

If it wasn’t for the packaging I would have given you some good feedback. But as it stands I wish I could have been meaner. You disserve to be castrated.

If you want this bad feedback to go away you can refund me for my new bent to **** PC.

I sold him a piece of siltech SPX-30 powercord with 275 EUR including shipping from Finland to Canada by Express Mail. I shared 4% paypal fee with him. I marked the package as gift and 50 CAD to avoid his customs duty. I kept tracking the pacakge and updated the process to him everyday. But still I can't make him happy.

Sorry Matt, I really dont know how to ship a 1.5m Powercord in straight.

You have any idea how shipping companies handle envelopes. They are meant for paper documents and are treated as such. You should see how many books my company gets back totally destroyed after using a much higher grade stiff cardboard envelope.

A tear dripped down my face after seeing how the PC was shipped, as I knew exactly what the poor thing had been through.
Each end of the cord now dangles off at a 45. angle, and I’m sure the thing's been squished and snapped at every point.
Ya, it still transfers electricity, but im sure not near its potential.
Why do you think high end cords are made stiff in the first place? Because there’s extensive efforts to make the strands pure, solid, and 1 piece. If you put too much strain on the wire, it looses it consistency making it less conductive.

Like I said if it wasn’t for the packaging I would have givin you some positive feedback. You did everything a good seller would do. But you were careless with the packaging, leaving me with a $400 buggerd cable, that IMO sounds worse then the stock that came with the GS-1.

Also, I held up on my end I didn't disserve negative feedback....

I had a very pleasant experience buying a Corda Aria from Runningwater. As we both live in Helsinki, he allowed me to audition the amp with his excellent headphone collection before making the purchase. A very competent seller and a friendly fellow to deal with. The amp sounds truly great btw.

Ye was friendly, very accommodating and easy to deal with. The headphones arrived save and sound from Finland to Canada, exactly as advertised. One smooth transaction with one quality Head-Fier!
