What a fantastic seller! When my USPS Global Express Mail shipment (payment) to Finland cleared Customs in Ecuador, Runningwater remained hopeful & supportive. After I filed a report on the matter, the problem was corrected. A transaction, that should have taken 3-5 business days, was completed in a little over 2 weeks! Runningwater promtly shipped the tubes, very carefully packaged, & they arrived in Atlanta ~ 5 days later. The effort that Runningwater made to communicate with me & the patience that he demonstrated during this ordeal will not be soon forgotten!

Runningwater bought a pair of headphones from me. His behaviour as a buyer was outstanding. From the moment he expressed interest in my headphones, about 2-3 minutes after I had put the ad on head-fi, to when he had received the package, his communication was very fast, especially on email.

Dealing with how to transfer to money to me it turned out that he knew more about how to do it than me, which was a big help He also dealt with the fact that I was quite busy during the period of negotiating the sale very gracefully.

Im glad the headphones arrived safe and are now in the hand of their new owner who Im sure will treat them well

My absolute recommendations goes to Runningwater as a head-fi buyer and Im sure as a seller as well.

Finally my big thanks for runningwater for making my first head-fi sale a pleasant experience.

I picked up some Grado Flats from Ye and had a chance to listen to his collection. He is a very friendly guy and as you can see from other's feedbacks, trustworthy in bigger deals too.

I wouldn't hesitate buying from him again and recommend him to anyone selling or buying audio stuff.

sold Ye my equinox cable. Very fast and decisive communication, very patient while i considered other offers, when deal was to be made payment was fast and precise. Very easy transaction, wonderful head-fier to do business with!
