plugging dac into amp sacrificing audio quality?

My current setup has my Musical Fidelity A324 DAC plugged into my Monster PC1000. TO be able to turn off the dac via remote i was thinking of plugging it in instead to the switched outlet of my NAD C370 (which is plugged into the PC1000).

How would this effect the sound? The MF is supposed to have chokes to filter the power. Would this new setup sacrifice audio quality for either my dac or amp?

Thanks!

i guess that would make the most sense, but don't know if I have the time to do the A/B tests.. i'm just lazy and would rather get the opinions of "experts".

I think many have said this before me, but the best expert here is your ears :P

If you can't really tell without an A/B test, why not just do it? You can always change it back later.
