No.

Your speakers are rated to 150W. That means they can't handle more input than that. The amp's maximum output is 200W. That doesn't mean it will always put out 200W, it means it can. It will only deliver what your speakers ask for, which would never be the power they are rated to unless you're listening at really, really insane levels.

Just as an example, I never use more than about 2W continuous power in my listening room. Transients can suck up some wattage, but I still never need more than about 8W.

Yep. Edward is right. I first realized this when I was listening to a big Accuphase amp a few years back before I had any electronics knowledge. The amp had a meter on the front, and I remember being amazed that it never went above 5 watts or so even though it was a multi-hundred watt amp power a pair of big Revel Studio speakers at pretty decent volumes.

So the next question is probably "why pay for more wattage than you use?" The short answer is "headroom"--a larger amp will be able to supply more current instantaneously. Kind of like a Ferrari will go 0->60 a lot faster than a Ford even though they're both perfectly capable of everyday driving. Not a perfect analogy, but you get the idea. How much headroom do you need? That involves the long answer, and I honestly don't know.
