It's exactly the same as a regular Ipod, but it's manufactured by Hewlett Packard. The only physical difference is the HP logo etched on the back.

you may want to lower that price seeing as on apple's website in the discounts section of the store they are selling new 40gb photos with all the throwin's(dock, AV cables, etc) for only $15 more, includes shipping.

Oh yeah?. But not with a clear hard case and now, I am going to include a SIK DIN cable, brand new for the same price. Who can beat that? . This offer is only valid during today's date, due to the fact that tonight or tomorrow goes to Ebay. I sound like a car dealer. Hi, hi. Thanks for the tip.

Now if you'll throw in a little amp to go along with the Sik Din I'd bite, LOL!!! As the late Ernie Boch (car dealer in Boston, Mass) "Come On Down, I can sell for less because my cost is less...
