ipod mini 2g 4gb or 6gb??

i dunno waht i should get, a mini 2g wit 4 gigs. or 6 gigs. I have money to get the 4 gig now and withing a couple of weeks ill have enuf for the 6gig. i can easily fill both with loads of music. the rest of the space would be used for rss feed and notes ( i have alot) so which one do u guys thing i should get??

It really comes down to how much music you have to put on it. If you can fill up both easily, and it's only $50 more for a 50% increase in capacity, I would advise you to wait the few weeks and get the 6G mini. That's just my opinion, of course.

Damn Apple and their various ipod revision naming. I too get a little confused with their 2g, 3g, etc. Thinking that it's the capacity.

Anyways, I just got a 2g 4GB mini this week. Now I kind of feel like I should've gotten the 6GB mini. Most of my MP3 files are 192 bps or higher and it really filled up my mini quick. 593 songs, 3.7 GB capacity, 85.0 MB left.

I'll just have to learn to manage what I put on my mini a little better.

you could cut the quality to 16kb/s

does wonders for the ears

Buy the 4G and use the rest to buy the wall charger and a case.

If it's economically feasible, always buy the largest capacity possible. This means that you can either store more songs or songs at a higher bitrate.

I don't think that anyone is ever mad that they have too much hard drive room, it's not like it's any larger in your pocket.

I did the same thing when I got my Shuffle.. thought "hey, the 512MB will be plenty!", but I'm glad I ended up getting a 1GB. The extra space definitely comes in handy. Get the 6GB.
