Etymotics Customer Service

Just wanted to post my very positive experience with Etymotic's customer service. My new ER-4P's started exhibiting sporadic cutouts in the right phone. E-mailed Ety's customer service and got an RMA number later that same day. So far so good. But what really floored me is how quick they got my phones checked out, repaired, and sent back to me. Within two business days of them receiving the phones, they were fixed and on their way back to my ears.

They are now back and I'm in sonic ecstasy once again. Their absence wasn't all bad as I was forced to expand my gear collection and I discovered one of the true steals I learned about here, the Koss KSC-75. Anyway, kudos to Etymotics. They really do take care of their customers.

Great service not only in the US but also in Germany:
I have 3 sets of Etys. One channel broke and I got a matched replacement driver within 10 days (that is very fast for overseas shipments). That was 6 years ago and they still work.
