For sale for $150 shipped. I will also trade for a computer soundcard around the same price. Please pm me with offers.
Back in the early 90's, this was one of the top Denon models. It retailed for $650.00. This is a really nice system for the price, even back then. It works well without a PreAmp or Power Amp, but when given the proper PreAmp and Power Amp as well as decent headphones/speakers, this CD Player from Denon can deliver sonics that are on par with todays CD Players up to the $1,500.00 range.
If you review the spec below, you will see that Denon was way ahead of the competition when this came out. It can hold its own very nicely with the players of today. In my opinion this is close to as good as it gets for digital.
The back panel of the Denon 1560 has fixed and variable outputs as well as optical and coax connection. Its built very well and is in pristine condition. It's been treated with utmost care.
