New to amp, need suggestion

Hi, I don't know anything about amps, so I need some suggestions on what to get.

I have two pairs of headphones that I use everyday. I use my ATH-A900 at home, connected to my Audigy 2 ZS. And then there's my Sony Eggo, which I use when I go out, driven by my iPod. I want an amp that works well with both what I use at home and what I use when I go out. I want to spend as little as possible, because those A900 and Eggos have put a sizable dent in my wallet. So please give me some suggestions.

both of these headphones sound great unamped, so i doubt you'll notice a significant difference unless you upgrade to a more expensive amp.

but if you really must, you'll need to tell us your budget.

May be you need to look into Go-vibe or Mint-vibe. They sounded pretty descent and they are also portable (powered by 9V battery).
