Thank you, Head-fi!

Thread Starter
It is 1:24am right now, and i am sitting in my chair, listening to soothing music over my HD650. This message is kinda overdue, i really want to thank you all, for this wonderful opportunity that head-fi gave me. I would never have known of the BelCanto, nor of Meier-Audio (and i wouldn't ever have met Jan, who is one of the greatest people i ever met). I knew i wanted headphones for my student appartement, not to disturb my neighbours.
Which initially seemed to me like a compromise, became a full-fledged way to listen to my music. And not only to myself; i introduced lots of friends to my new hobby.

I thinkg that, whatever problems arrise in this forum, i think the positive aspects outweigh it by far, and that the helpfulness of the people in this forum is still to be matched.

Thank you lots, Head-Fi

I wish that the warmth and friendship felt by so many of our Head-Fi members, living in so many different countries, could be shared by people everywhere. Head-Fi is a very special place.

You still haven't ridden yourself of the CD3000s?

Glad you're enjoying the music mate!

Be advised that any question you ask on ANY subject will in future go unaswered for a period of time yet to be determined. We have sent PMs to ALL other members so they do as we have so decided

(in my best Rod Serling voice)

Here is man,a simple man,a normal man,who one day wandered into a new place.a place not before seen by him and yet one that immediately held his attention.
Little did he know at the time he was entering the "Head-Fi Zone"

I have not liked the Steelers or the AFC in general since the days of the "Steel Curtain" and Bradshaw throwing deep to Swann and Stallworth.

But once upon a time i was big time AFC !
Grogan and Sam Bam Cunningham (Russ Francis TE,stanley morgan WR)
was there ever a better goal line or short yardage QB ?

I also liked the original Broncos with the Orange Crush,Earl Cambel's Oilers (biggest thies on the planet earth !) and lest us forget-the last team to face the Eagles in the superbowl with "Jaws" at the helm-Da Rada's .

Washed up QB comes off the bench to win two Superbowls !

Lester Hayes DRIPPING stickum !

Always loved the ball downfield and that is what the AFC was all about once upon a time.forty yards in the air not ten yards and a thirty yard run to pad the stats

Miami/San Diego in the playoffs-D Marinos first year

CLASSIC !!!!!!

The recent SB was a freakin bore

Totally agree! I was like what in the world McNabb was thinking in the 4th quater. TO deserves a partial MVP award. I just hope it will Steelers next year. Steelers in the 70's were superb but thats history and I would like to see something in the 21st century.
