My TURBOdock and mini to mini arrived. The dock works great. The cable is beautiful. He kept in constant communication despite being out of town for part of the time. The items shipped fast and he did a great job packing the gear.

The Turbodock and mini to mini arrived quickly. Beautiful work and they are just breaking in.

Having the locking feature in the Turbodock is a great feature.

My TURBODOCK II just arrived and it is a big improvement over the earlier version in terms of build quality (I didn't have any problems with the first version). It arrived quickly and was packaged well.

Got my TURBO Dock II and mini to mini cable today, took 6 days from Miami to London, UK (including the weekend, 3 working days). No shipping hassle, no customs charges, no problems. Packaging was perfect (took me ages to get into) and the dock and cable are well constructed and beautifully made. The pictures Erics provides do no justice to this great item. The sound difference from headphone out to line out is so noticiable. Thanks for the help, Rob

I received my TUBRO Dock II this afternoon.

I was pleased with all aspects of this transaction:

--the initial response to my inquiry about purchasing this item was prompt and courteous.
--the shipping was fast and the item was securely packaged.
--the item is more compact than my Pocket Dock and provides more options for selecting a case for my iPod.
--the glossy white finish of the product matches my iPod
--and most importantly, it sounds great!

I recently bought an ipod interconnect from turbo and I can't say enough good things about dealing with him. The first interconnect was damaged during shipping asnd he handled the situation very professionally. I would deal with him again, no question, four stars!

My Turbodock II arrived three days ago and the improvement over my old pocketdock is huge. The iPod line out always sounded great but this is a much cleaner, more dynamic sound. What an amazing piece of equipment, whoda thunk it would sound this good. I'd do business with this guy in a heartbeat!
