Phoenix-Scottsdale anyone? - Page 7

Hi,

Count me in!

It's been a while since we last got together. I would be more than happy to host at my place again.

Dept_of_Alchemy has the digital photos - usually a picture says a thousand words. floydenheimer was there, as well as a friend of mine from audiocircle (lushds there).

I had some crazy bad luck! My work laptop's motherboard decided to die while accessing floydenheimer's NAS I did get a replacement laptop since then...

The next two weekends are somewhat busy for me. How about May 5th (Cinco de Mayo ) or May 12th?

May 5th would be neato.

If Cinco de Mayo works out, obviously we'll have to do themed food and drink. I'm a big fan on Coronas w/ lime

I've been working on an office rig which I can bring home for that weekend. Also, I have been slowly working on a more quiet/silent HTPC setup, too.

Let's see if things pick up on this thread... upload those pics with some captions when you get a chance

I'd prefer May 12th, actually...I'm going to a friend's party in Tucson on May 5th, so I won't be in town. But if that's not possible, then have fun guys!

Hey guys,

How about moving the date to May 12th? I should have my first bona-fide earphone setup ready by then. It would be good to get as many folks involved this time...

That's perfect for me...I just finished my first CMoy as well, so I'll have something common to show

May 12 would be nice. A good way to start the summer. Hopefully I'll get my LDII++v2 from China (replacement for my broken LDII+) by then.

Here are some pics from the last meet...

Forgive me for taking so long to post these pics, I've just recently figured out how to post pictures online.

So this is for sure happening this Saturday, the 12th? I get off work at 3, so I'd be able to come straight after that. I work/live in Tempe, so if we're doing it in Chandler, it wouldn't be far. If it's going to be at your house, Scorch, I mapquested the above address and it's only 16 minutes away from my house [7.2 miles, I live on Apache & the 101].

Hope to see you all there

This saturday would be cool, although my LDII+ is out of commision at the moment. I'll bring my HD650, PX100, KSC75, E3c, MX550, though.

Guys,

Yes - I am planning to open the doors after lunchtime - 1pm to whenever. I'll get a total headcount by Thursday/Friday so I can go shopping for refreshments and snacks.

Just bring your gear and music - this should be a fun time. If you require a multiple power outlets, please bring along a power extension cord and power strip, if necessary. I have a few more digital and analog ICs so mixing and matching should be easier this time.

Bummer! I didn't know there was a plan in the works. I'm not going to make it on Saturday.

Well can we just borrow your gear then?

Sure, if someone wants to come pick up my gear that's fine... I take children and relatives and collateral.
