Pros: -

Cons: Price, sound

Basically this is the EX10 with some tuning (in this case, making it worse for more money).

  • It has the same grainy treble.
  • Sony added "rich bass", which is really the same mid-to-upper bass as that of the EX10, but here it's exaggerated, even more bloated and boomy, it bleeds into the mids and makes the whole sound more unbalanced and even unpleasant.
  • The housing is smaller and as a result harder to grasp when pushing into the ear canal.

I wouldn't recommend this over the EX10 even if this was the cheaper one.
