I bought this for a "try-it-and-see" provisional and was pleasantly surprised. The music came alive. The highs were more crisp, the lows more dramatic and deep. The staging was improved. The music took on a surround sound, three dimensional quality. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their on-board sound cards. Try for $25-30 you can't go wrong.
