You will find as you brouse through the headphone listings on Moon Audio’s website, that in most cases we offer 3 custom audio cable attachment methods. The first option is Stock. Stock means there is no cable upgrade and you preffer to recieve the phones in stock form, no cable upgrade. You will also need to choose the Stock option from the pull down menu for both the Cable and Connector.  If you want the stock cable connectors to be upgraded, you will have to call Moon Audio for pricing. The connector options are for the upgrade cables only but we will always accomodate you if we can as we love our customers.  :)

This is similar to the Hardwired Split Mod but instead of wiring straight to the driver we install a connection system on each of the headphone cups. This provides the ability to switch out cables and this is what Moon Audio does best as Custom Cables are our middle name.  Let’s say you want a 5ft Moon Audio Silver Dragon for portable use and a 20ft Black Dragon headphone cable for home use. Now you can easily swap out cables for each application of your headphones. Not all headphones can have this Installation type as it depends on the ergonomics of the ear cup and whether we can install a connection system.
