In album: Parrot Zik (by Philippe Starck) Unboxing
The Parrot Zik (by Philippe Starck). In this shot, you can see on the right earpad the proximity sensor and jawbone sensor. When you take the headphones off your ears, the proximity sensor will pause your music (when listening to music), or transfer the call to handset (if you're on a phone call). The jawbone sensor is used for noise reduction for calls (reducing ambient noise from the wearer's side).
