HE-5LE Headphones by HifiMAN

This is one of the original HifiMAN HE-5LE sets because the cups are coated in a matte black rubber finish. Production was later changed to a glossy black paint for the cup surface on newer models of this headphone. Other than the cups being rubber coated, everything else remains the de-facto HifiMAN standard as far as lether headband and velour ear pads go.
