Looks nice! It's hard to tell exactly from the picture but is the cable removable or not? If not, was that ever an option from BTG-Audio?   Also, do the gray rubber housings still fit over the body after the recabling job?

Are the cable earguides removable? I assume not based on your pictures. And if it's not too much trouble can you remove the outer plastic casing and take a picture of it bare in comparison to any of your other earphones to get a feel...

According to this source (I believe run by ClieOS), these are not actually a JAYS product.

How do they compare to your Yamaha EPH-100? Or are they too different in sound signature?
