Repeating my recommendation for UM1s from the original site. They're stylin' too. Stripped down professional look over shiny stuff any day.

Westone UM1s would be my choice. You can also get ER-4Ps used for under $130.

I've only heard obvious differences with some music. With a lot of music, I'd be surprised if someone could reliably ABX 192kbps from lossless.
