Yes... I understand from reading the past threads that the pseudo power supply mod makes a significant difference... I'm just not confident enough with my limited circuit knowledge to take on the task myself!

As the break-in hours accumulate on my WA6(w/BG&V-Caps), I am finding it harder to hear much of a difference between rectifier tubes when tube rolling. In the first few hundred hours of break-in, I could easily discern differences...

Has anybody tried a Western Electric 422a Full Wave Rectifier in their WA6? I am interested in how this tube sounds compared to the GZ34 Metal Base. Western Electric 422a (5U4GB)
