W3.  It has a mid-bass hump but kills TF10 in every other citeria.

W3 will retain the Westone house sound but give you better treble and a more spacious, open sound (larger soundstage).

I use and Ipod Classic and have paired with an Ibasso T3 (decent portable amp) and it adds virtually nothing.  I may even prefer it without as it may sound more "open."

Extremely!  With UM1 you basically only getting the midrange frequency.  With the other two you will also get bass and treble.
