I never understood why most high end headphones are made and sold by big companies, while amplifiers are made by significantly smaller companies? Anyone ever thought of that?

I'd say the k701 and 650 sound respectively more natural than one another with different music.

Take into account nobody really tried them both before reccomending. Wait for other responses.

If the music is good, you'll enjoy it. People used to listen to music through equipment that's 1000x more horrible than today's low-fi headphones and I betcha they enjoyed it all the same.
