Seriously excited for this.  The Phonak PFE's are easily my favorite IEM's.  Awesome price and awesome performance.  Hopefully these can kick it up a notch while keeping the pricing just as competitive.

Anyone know why the udac-2 is out of stock?

I'm very compulsive about cleaning my ears.  I use two or three q-tips every day.   q-tips work well and won't cause any problems if you know how to use them.

Has anyone tried to contact Phonak lately?   I sent them a message last week but stil have't received a response.  Is their still a phonak rep active on Head-Fi?
