I guess so, but the 2 cables I was comparing had flatter looking cabling then the pic implies...
I will say this.  The monoprice is the same as the one that used to be included with the M8.  My friend has it and I put my "CEntrance" next to it and the only difference is the logo.  If you don't want a "high end" cable, after your expensive purchase, this will due fine.  I'm not going to spend big bucks on my next cable till I go Lightning....
I'm the wrong person to ask, for I lack the experience.  Other sub-forums cover that topic.  I'm holding out until fall, to make my decision.  I currently don't have an IOS7/IOS8 device, but will buy one when the next batch of goodies hits the market.  I did test the CCK on my kids' iPad minis, and it works like a champ...
That's the adapter I was referring to.  I got mine form B&H Photo, but its available many places.  You will use that with the included USB A to USB B cable, that's included with the M8. The native player doesn't support hi-res playback, so a 3rd party is currently necessary.  But I do think that will change.  My first feeling was buying in FLAC too, but I doubt it will be supported in an updated Apple player.  So maybe ALAC with the hopes of adding your purchases to...
CEntrance did spend time in design trying to prevent RF interference from phones, and only early on were there reports of any.  So I'm guessing Michael and Co. have that issue locked down.  So, with that said, I would start with your iPhone, and wait till the fall.  Wait and see what Apple releases to compliment IOS8.  I'm personally hoping for a high capacity iPod Touch. Hi-res files are another game to play, currently.  I know two 3rd party apps play hi-res without down...
I have a feeling that CEntrance has their collective hands tied at the moment on that "feature" Pay attention to the news on IOS8.  I have a feeling it might be the answer...
If it is no longer included, I'm quite sure its just a rebranded Monoprice cable.  They can be had quite cheep... ...that is of course only if CEntrance is no longer including them.
I personally think the bass on the TH600 is fine.  I could see how people view recessed mids as bass emphasis.  The TH600 just has the classic Denon "V" shape, the opposite of the HD650 which emphasizes the mids...
Maybe check out the Alpha Dogs, or their little brother the Mad Dogs. And instead of the DT1350, maybe consider the new T51p.  Its more comfortable (reported by others), and is more bass focused, though not as punchy as the DT1350. I love my HD25s with the CLAS db/Rx Mk3 b combo, just it lacks a bit in clarity compared to the HD650...
I have both and I couldn't describe the differences better.  Maybe take a look at the Alpha Dogs for a more complimentary piece?
