Does anybody know how the HD201's sound with a small hole cut in both thin cloth parts of the pads?

does anybody else have this same problem? My iPod will pause in the middle of a song for no apparant reason while using my hd201's. This never happened with my EX51's.

Regarding the 75's, how much sound do they let in, in a somewhat noisy enviornment?

Regarding the car adapter, I am not sure if that will be a factor.

To add further, I am going to use a Monster car adapter for my iPod. Also, the sound leakage will not be a factor, for the fellow passangers will undoubteldy not have a problem with it.
