I love reading books about dieting and nutrition.
I read this all in one day and it's very rare for me to do that. It was definitely interesting, but I'm not really convinced Wheat is a bad as the author claims.
Despite the info on wheat itself, I don't endorse the diet plan it suggests which is basically similar to Atkins but closer to the Paleo Diet.
