The stock medium size tips fit my ears perfectly and I greatly prefer brand new tips to ones that have lost some of their rigidity. Another thing I didn't note is that if you happen lose one of your tips you can just book a tech support appointment, for Mac or iPhone really, and they should almost always be able to hook you up with replacement tips as long as they have them available. Most stores should have some.   I think the tips affect the sound more than the...
...customer service is a thing of absolute beauty.   I am a huge fan of the overall build, sound, and design of the ADDIEM's. They are absolutely perfect for my listening needs when I am on the go. In fact I have owned 3 pairs since they were released, all purchased brand new at an Apple store. One pair I accidentally destroyed in a way that would have destroyed any pair of headphones. The second two pairs I have used and loved for quite some time and having not...
The simplest solution would be to unscrew the removal metal cap, and replace it with the extras that are included with ADDIEM's. You can use an alcohol cleaner to clean pretty much anything out of the dirty caps.   Also if all else fails just go into an Apple store, explain the problem, and they will likely just hook you up with a new pair.
Quote:     Glad more people are giving them a shot. I was at a bit of an advantage and was able to get the discount at any time. 45% would definitely be no brainer purchase for me as well, even thought I got a slightly better deal ;) I think the look and feel of these is going to be a matter of preference. But I think they make most ultra-high end setups look like over-designed monsters. Like I mentioned in my post, I think the amount of low-end with these is actually...
My pleasure, and thanks to everyone else that has chimed in. I would guess the majority of people wouldn't choose these over a lot of things out there because the difference in the low end and the lack of an "appeal" curve overall. I am just happy I have a set of cans that has the same feel as my studio monitors and I can pretty confidently work between the two and the finished product. I think most people (including a large number of head-fi users) have been trained...
Awesome definitely interested in what you think of them. I definitely found the exact pair of headphones I was looking for.
Disclaimer: I am not an audiophile, I make music amongst other hobbies and prefer balanced sound to... whatever you want to call it you creeps.   Got a crazy deal on the Incase Sonic's so I picked up a pair because I love the look and feel. The initial price of the Sonic is $149 (i got them much cheaper) but to be perfectly fair I think they are absolutely worth $100-$149. The build is very unique/sturdy, and these are probably the most comfortable...
Got a pair of Sonics. Couldn't be happier | http://www.head-fi.org/t/588289/incase-sonic#post_8021016
Just a heads up for anyone have issues with the silicon tips falling out or getting damaged. Apple is fantastic in terms of replacing the tips completely free. It depends if the store (Genius Bar, make an appointment you idiot) has them in stock at the time, but they will likely just replace lost/damaged earbud tips for free with little to know hassle at all. Also, if you are having any issues with your less than 1 year old addiem's, Apple will happily replace them under...
Apple In Ear, if you haven't tried them, you should.
