The headphone out that is?

I currently have the 0404, good DAC, good for recording etc, but its headphone amp is underpowered. Any ideas how the sparrow or FUN will perform in comparison to the 0404 and the Earthed ZERO?  

I read a blind AB test once using foobar ASIO vs directsound. Asio sounded worse. Just my two cents.
